BPF SET TO HOST NATIONAL CONGRESS IN JUNE WITH A CONTINGENCY PLAN OF REGIONAL CONGRESSES SHOULD COVI
Opposition Party Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF) plans to hold its National Congress in June.
This as the party continues to welcome and receive new members, with the latest addition being of former Assistant Minister of Trade Moiseraele Goya among other new members over the weekend.
BPF President Biggie Butale says despite the plans, the party is cognizant of the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping through the country and should the situation worsen, the party would resort to simultaneous regional congresses. He shared that the outcomes of these meetings, would be consolidated to make final decisions of key areas of the party.
