Believing they've left behind the shadowy figures from the past, billionaire Christian Grey and his new wife, Anastasia, fully embrace their inextricable connection and shared life of luxury. Just as the Greys begin to step into their new roles, sinister events come to light and jeopardize their happy ending before it even begins.

Finally, the end of a trilogy that has been lacking in substance. Usually with movies based on books I tend not to mind the fact that the movie is not as good as the book, but Fifty Shades Freed has to be the worst.

If you have read the book, then you will understand. Right from the beginning the whole thing is wrongly based on the book but hey I am not the director, James Foley is.

As for the movie itself; I feel there was more action in the bedroom, than outside, considering that once again the now newlyweds were in danger from Mrs. Grey’s former boss; which in itself was supposed to be the thrilling element to the movie. Apart from that, there really wasn’t much to hang on to, especially with the dialogues amongst the characters.

What I can give the director credit for, is at least having the decency to conclude the trilogy, with reassuring us is that the Greys get their happy ending after all. Overall the movie is a thumbs down unfortunately.
